We have implemented highly complex projects such as projects without objective and work plan to develop aid delivery mechanism. This also included several layers of sound M & E assessment.

The institution was conceived by our CEO, Ms. Rozana Wahab, who holds a long-standing experience in working on EU economic development programmes related to skill enhancement, private sector development, natural resources, digitization, economic development and trade sectors. Carrying substantial experience of implementing complex projects locally and globally.

Rozana Wahab

CEO and Chairperson

Rozana Wahab holds over 30 years of paramount experience with the European Union (EU) and Ascend International Limited (AIL); primarily in global-scale programme development, management, execution, and succession. She is also a successful entrepreneur in the decor and beauty industries in Bangladesh with brands Persona and Satori.

Mobarak Shah

Advisor

Mobarak Shah holds over 40 years of successful business experience as an international banker with American Express, the executive director with USA-based National Marine Consultants Inc. (NMCI), and many other esteemed global organizations.

Kasem Ali

Director Technology & Innovations

Kasem Ali brings forth 30 years of integrated business experience in technology, security and engineering industries, locally and abroad. His acute directorship in CITech Co. Ltd, GrameenCyberNet Ltd, and Bangladesh Development Gateway Foundation; as well as being one of the pioneers to inject Apple and IBM compatible computers in Bangladesh back in 1996; makes him an indispensable patron in the IT sector in Bangladesh.

Kazi Zahurul Azam

Director, Power and Engineering

Kazi Zahurul Azam holds over 50 years of experience in the power development sector. The BUET graduate is a Life Fellow of Institution of Engineers of Bangladesh, a Gold Medalist of PDB for his outstanding achievements and contributions to the field. 

MD. Atwar Rahman

Director, Food and Nutrition Security

Atwar Rahman holds over 25 years of outstanding project implementation and management experience in the areas (not limited to) food and nutrition with local governments, bilateral and multilateral donors, NGOs, CBOs and private sector players. His acute market insight and methodological approach bestows him as one of the forerunners of the sector.
